Why it matters before paying
A link that opens the wrong item leads to paying for the wrong item. Make sure the BoonBuy page shows the same product as the marketplace before your first payment.
What the converter needs

If that part is absent, the converter shows "Unsupported" instead of guessing.
Common causes
- Share links. Short app links often hide the item number. Open them in a browser and copy the final address.
- Store or search pages. Only single products convert.
- Extra text. Paste the URL alone.
- Removed listing. If the original page is gone, BoonBuy cannot buy it. Try Alternatives on our product page or best finds.
If BoonBuy shows a blank or different item
Refresh once. If it persists, send BoonBuy support the original marketplace URL rather than paying for something that does not match.
Keep the original address
Save the marketplace URL alongside your BoonBuy order. If a question about the item comes up later, support can compare the order with the exact listing you meant to buy.
